I just received an order of strawberries this afternoon. We actually bought a pint at the market this weekend, but ate them all! So another special order arrived this afternoon. Those became jam. All you need are strawberries, lemon juice and sugar. Give it a shot. This time I did do one thing different...I added some used vanilla bean pods. The aroma is heavenly. Strawberries and Vanilla.
