FINALLY!!!!I've been stuck and couldn't figure out my theme for this year's Thanksgiving and Tasting Menu...FINALLY GOT IT...But I'm not telling yet.
If you remember from last year (here & here), Thanksgiving had several hours of tastings before the main event! So far I'm only repeating on of the tasting options, but I really liked it and haven't made it since!

Oh....the suspense!!! :-)
The first round of invitations have gone out...I have to be careful...I don't really have room for 20 people in our apartment. Once we know where the list stands, we'll be able to extend the invite even further. FUN. So those lucky few know what's happening for the tasting menu...but not all...there are still secrets not listed on the invite!!!!
But I will share, this year we are giving thanks to Herbs...parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, mint, oregano...and spices!
