I love, love, love butter...right there with you! There is no substitute and if you think there is you are just fooling yourself but no one else!
Julia Child's classics were my first cookery guides. I've been on butter ever since. This chicken paprikash looks great (and I love thighs).
Oddly enough, I just made a pork paprikash (via FoodAndWine.com) using chunks of a pork tenderloin just last week that won rave reviews. I shall certainly try this!
