Oh man, that does look good. I have to try my hand at filo dough someday.
I love baklava. But it can be a bit challenging to make. Well, time consuming. The dough is a premade from the freezer section of Giant. OK, I'm a few cocktails into my evening and the fishsticks are in the oven...I've gotta go.

I did make that and I keep eating it too! If I hadn't had the cocktails last night, I was going to do the write up on the process of making it, with the photos, but the vodka tasted too good.
Well then you should at least tell us about your cocktails!
