I made creme brulee last night...I was naughty.

Creme Brulee is one of my all time favorite foods. Have you got a little torch for caramelizing the sugar? All I have is a crappy creme brulee iron. The box said all you had to do was heat it up and place it on the sugar to caramelize it.......the box lied.

the easiest creme brulee recipe i've come across is Julia Childs. She rocked. As did her creme brulee. Looking forward to seeing how yours turned out.

My recipe is from America's Test Kitchen, really simple and perfectly creamy.
