I want to share...I GOT A NEW JOB!!!!
I just turned in my official resignation letter and let me boss know I'll be leaving.
I'll be heading to the University of Maryland in just over two weeks!
Wahoo!!!

Hooray! I just saw the lady Terps on 3 buses with a police escort, on their way to lunch with the Prez at the White House. Congrats to the new job and to the new national champions!

Hello all! THANKS for the great words. I do appreciate it. I am in tentative thoughts about having a "to do" downtown, probably April 21. Maybe you all can join me. I'll post info when I decide what I want to do.
I will be doing fundraising for the University through the Maryland Fund For Excellence. I'll be working with the special constituency groups...reunion giving, senior class giving, parents, faculty and staff...I'm really excited and looking forward to all the new challenges that will come with this.

Congrats on the new gig. UMD is my odl stomping ground -- it's a beautiful campus, with a diverse student/staff/faculty body. You'll love it. Make sure to try out the dairy.
