Butterscotch Haystacks
1 container of fried Chinese noodles
1-6oz package of butterscotch chips
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 cup of peanuts
Melt butterscotch chips in a double boiler, add peanut butter, noodles and peanuts. Mix well and drop small haystacks on wax paper to cool and harden. Enjoy!

A delicious classic - I've had Lady B's haystacks numerous times, and they never fail to satisfy.
