I'm getting so excited and I have a year left to wait!!!!

And the Cheese goes to...

I'd like to thank the Academy...
It makes me very happy that Ratatouille received a nomination for the Best Animated Feature. Granted it was pretty much a forgone conclusion, but you never know when someone will be snubbed.

Today, On The French Chef...

Meryl Streep to portray Julia Child in a film adaptation of Julia & Julia.

I don't know about the film version of this book, but only good can come of this casting! Meryl can pretty much play anyone.

But I wonder what, if anything has come of the other Julia Child movie with Joan Cusack?

Oh Meryl you were so delicious in Prada!

So cute! Ratatouille is a sweet, lovely movie worth the time and admission for anyone with a love of food. Sure, the cooking rat thing might be a little wierd, but it works and sends a great message to all audiences...

"Anyone can cook. All they need is a little imagination."


Oh, and all that excepting who we are, embracing ourselves and living for what we love stuff...

And Chinatown, DC...turning into Time Square.
