Simple and Fancy

Seared Pork Chops
with Mashed Potatoes
and a Rosemary-Shallot Pan Sauce.

Unlike the previous times I've made this...last night, the pan sauce was started by deglazing with some Maker's Mark. Yum!

One of my favorites. Of course, I'll eat pork with rosemary any day - they go so well together.
