Milk to Cream to Butter

'sup?

I just got back from a cooking class.

The theme? Butter.

Yep, Butter.

We tasted butters.

Chef cooked with butters.

We made butter.

It was good. Butter is good.

Wine was good too.

There was lots of eating and plenty of drinking. I have to take a nap, then go to a performance later. I tell you more later.
