Well that was easy

Homemade Peanut Butter
(makes about 1 cup)

2 cups shelled peanuts
2-4 TB vegetable/canola/peanut oil
Salt, to taste
Sugar/Honey (optional)

Throw it all in the food processor and run until smooth, add extra oil if necessary. Sweeten to your tastes. My peanuts were very blah, so a touch of sugar/honey really helped it out.

It took longer to clean up than it did to make it!

My mom used to make her own PB - I haven't thought about it in years... this looks easy to do!

We're thinking about doing that with sesame seeds to make tahini.

Wow, that looks so yummy! I've been in a peanut buttery mood lately... Mom's sending me some homemade PB fudge any day now! :-)
